Regina Ashley-Stitzel
President
Regina has been with Ashley & Associates Insurance Agency since its opening in 1995. She graduated from Norview High School and currently holds her P&C and L&H licenses for the state of Virginia.
Chris Miles
Vice-President
Like Regina, Chris has been with Ashley & Associates since the agency’s opening in 1995. He was born and raised in Hampton Roads, attended Lake Taylor High School, and went to college at Old Dominion University in Norfolk. He currently holds P&C, L&H, and Series 6/63 licenses for the state of Virginia.
Chris’s hobbies include snowboarding, golfing, fishing, option and stock trading, spending time with family at the beach, and going to the movies.
Janis Aldridge
Customer Service Representative
Commercial Lines Department
Janis has been with Ashley & Associates since August 2000. She graduated from Lake Taylor High School in 1993 with a vocational diploma before attending Tidewater Community College for 2 years to study nursing. She received her P&C license for the state of Virginia in 1994.
Janis is the mother to one son and two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys snowboarding, jet-skiing, and watching her kids play sports.

ShaCarla A. Hicks
Account Executive
ShaCarla has worked as a Personal Lines Agent with Ashley & Associates since 2016. She currently holds her P&C license for the state of Virginia, along with Non-Resident Licenses for West Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Maryland.
In her spare time, ShaCarla enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, going to the movies, and rollerblading. She has been married to the love of her life since March 2016!

Sharon Tyler
Account Executive
Sharon has been with Ashley & Associates since June 2017. She has worked in the insurance industry since 2001, when she started her career as a life insurance agent. She began selling auto insurance with Al Vincent in 2005, then worked with her local GEICO office from 2007-2011. She spent one year working with State Farm (until 2012), then returned to work for GEICO until April 2017.
Sharon graduated from Norfolk State University with a bachelor’s degree in English. She has been married to her husband Billy for 44 years, is a mother of four, and a grandmother of ten. Her down time is spent with her husband and their four dogs.
