To better serve our customers, we have transitioned to a state-of-the-art self-service certificate delivery platform powered by iCerts.com, and no longer process condo certificate requests in-house. Please follow the instructions below to obtain your Evidence of Insurance (EOI) certificate via the iCerts.com platform:
If you require a certificate of insurance, please send your request to CS@iCerts.com, or go to their "Need A Certificate? Get Started Here" link at the top of their website and follow the instructions.
If prompt order support of any kind is required, email the iCerts Support at CS@iCerts.com. Or for immediate self-service support of any kind outside of their normal business hours, most questions can be answered by visiting their FAQ page.
